The classification of the vegetarian diet
Vegan:A person who avoids all kind of foods of animal origin.
Lacto-vegetarian:A person that does not eat meat,poutry,fish or eggs, but includes in his o her diet milk,cheese, or any other dairy products.
Lacto-ovo-vegetrian:A person that has the same diet as Lacto-vegtarian but can add eggs into the diet.
